Everybody Knew

by Genr8 Music

Everybody Knew is Track 1 of 6 from the Monsters album. It opens the story by focusing on the warning signs people saw, the victims who were ignored or disbelieved, and the silence that allowed dangerous behaviour to continue. The song looks at how monsters are not always hidden, sometimes people notice, suspect, or even know what is happening, but fail to act. It sets up the central theme of the album: what happens when evil is tolerated long enough to grow.
