When the Moon Remembers You

by Simon Forge

I want to take this sound in a beautiful romantic direction: a song that feels like a lost love remembered through the years, with a melody that listeners can immediately connect with. Something that captures the magic of 1990s Tejano romantic pop, blending piano, warm synthesizers, Latin rhythms, and emotionally powerful vocals. Story: Two people have gone their separate ways, but every time the moon rises, memories of their love return. The singer wonders whether the other person looks at that same moon and remembers, too.
